The Archive and Recently Deleted

Archive

Archive, on an item, keeps it but takes it out of use. Archived items:

• are never offered or filled on websites;
• aren’t listed or searched with your other items;
• have a list and a search of their own.

Use it for accounts you’ve closed but don’t want to forget. Take an item out of the Archive at any time.

Recently Deleted

Delete moves an item to Recently Deleted, where it waits 30 days in case you change your mind.

• Restore puts it back where it was.
• After 30 days it’s deleted for good, on every device.
• To delete it for good at once, do it from Recently Deleted.

At the bottom of All items in the browser extension, and in the sidebar of the web vault and the desktop apps.
